  1. Please locate the file under the directory:
    C:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\AppData\LocalLow\SIGONO\OPUS_ Echo of Starsong\Save\PLAYERINFO

  2. Send an email to support@sigono.com with the following info:
    - Your computer platform (PC or MAC)
    - The last place or story you were at before the game bugged out (If you don’t remember, that’s okay too)
    - Attach the PLAYERINFO file we asked you to locate

For MAC Users:

  1. Please locate the file under the directory:
    Users/[YOUR USER NAME]/Library/Application Support/com.sigono.river01/Save/PLAYERINFO

  2. Send an email to support@sigono.com with the following info:
    - Your computer platform (PC or MAC)
    - The last place or story you were at before the game bugged out (If you don’t remember, that’s okay too)
